This class will dive into the basics of different natural stone surfaces including: marble, granite, and terrazzo. We will recognize main differences amongst the surfaces. Followed by an explanation of reasons why natural stone surfaces should be maintained and the implications of not maintaining these stone surfaces property. This course will help identify events or items that damage or stain/etch the marble, granite, or terrazzo surfaces.
Our speaker, Jeffrey Cohen, is the owner of Natural Stone Services which he created in 2004. After a successful textile manufacturing career, Jeffrey decided to move to Atlanta to be closer to family. Jeffrey started Natural Stone Services with the goal of providing the best stone service possible to commercial real estate properties through good communication and high quality expectations.
