Dr Matthew Tucker from Liverpool John Moores University, UK will be presenting his international study/ work on maximizing customer feedback in Facility Management and he has gained a RICS/Fulbright scholarship on the work

Dr Matthew Tuckers Bio:

Matthew is a Senior Lecturer in Facilities Management at Liverpool John Moores University. Matthew’s background is in service improvement and specializes in strategic FM research, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction, environmental sustainability, organizational behavior, and workplace productivity.

Matthew recently won the first ever RICS-Fulbright award 2012-13, enabling him to undertake a research project on customer satisfaction in the US. Matthew has published several papers in internationally recognized journals and completed his PhD developing a customer satisfaction system for facilities management. He regularly presents at internationally recognized facilities management conferences.

He has vast editorial experience and has assisted in editing the Journal of Facilities Management (Emerald Publications) for the past few years and sits on various Editorial Advisory Boards. Matthew is currently the Associate Editor for ‘Facilities’, the top academic journal publication in the FM industry.

Matthew is a Certified Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (CBIFM), he sits on the BIFM North West Committee and is Co-Chair of the BIFM Merseyside Network. Matthew is also a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI).

Matthew was also the most nominated FM World Rising Star 2012 and featured in the FMX Magazine 40-under-forty list 2012.

FROM THE AIRPORT: Take I-85/I-75 North (14 miles) to GA 400 (Exit 87) to I-285 East (4A) (Refer to directions below)

FROM GEORGIA 400
: Take I-285 East, to Ashford-Dunwoody Road (Exit 29), turn right. Go to first traffic light and turn right onto Lake Hearn Drive. Go to first traffic light and turn left onto Parkside Place. Then go one block and turn right unto Perimeter Summit Blvd. At the Stop Sign, turn left (Summit Blvd). We are the three story stone villa, which is the last building on the left.

FROM I-85 & I-285 (Spaghetti Junction):
Take I-285 West to Ashford-Dunwoody Road (Exit 29), turn left. Cross over I-285 and go to the second traffic light and turn right onto Lake Hearn Drive.
