Matt hew's background is in service improvement and specializes in strategic FM research\, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction\, environment al sustainability\, organizational behavior\, and workplace productivity.\ n\nMatthew recently won the first ever RICS-Fulbright award 2012-13\, enab ling him to undertake a research project on customer satisfaction in the U S. Matthew has published several papers in internationally recognized jour nals and completed his PhD developing a customer satisfaction system for f acilities management. He regularly presents at internationally recognized facilities management conferences.\n\nHe has vast editorial experience and has assisted in editing the Journal of Facilities Management (Emerald Pub lications) for the past few years and sits on various Editorial Advisory B oards. Matthew is currently the Associate Editor for 'Facilities'\, the to p academic journal publication in the FM industry.\n\nMatthew is a Certifi ed Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (CBIFM)\, he s its on the BIFM North West Committee and is Co-Chair of the BIFM Merseysid e Network.
