What:  Please join us on Friday, February 15 for a tour of Troutman Sanders’ new Headquarters in Bank of America Plaza. The legal world has been going through many transitions over the last decade – with more to follow; this new workplace was built to be able to support that fast-changing industry for years to come. To do that, the planning team used flexibility, standardization and enhanced amenities as their guiding design principles.

Law firms are not always known for being on the leading edge of workplace design trends, this build-out was a true workplace transformation. The firm applied innovative approaches from varied industries which allowed it to shed 100,000 square feet of space. Key elements included the introduction of standard single-sized perimeter attorney offices with full height glass fronts to bring natural light and views into the attorney floors; flexible and multi-functional lounges and collaboration spaces have been incorporated on every floor; standardized furniture that includes height adjustability; and the replacement of vending machines with grab-and-go markets and Coke freestyle soda.

The result has been a more dynamic, energetic and interactive workplace that the firm hopes will be a key to attracting and retaining top talent – both attorney and staff. Because the business of law is changing rapidly, the team’s hope is that the new office also has enough flexibility built in to accommodate those changes – even if they don’t quite know what they are going to be yet.

  Exit 249D. Turn left onto North Avenue. Continue eastbound on North Avenue. P1 Visitor parking is the first driveway on the right after crossing over West Peachtree Street.
• Traveling East/Westbound on I-20:
  Traveling east/westbound on I-20, take the I-75/85 North exit and follow the directions for I-75/85 northbound
