Facility managers today are being asked to do more with less and protecting one of the largest investments in their facility can be a challenge.

Budgeting for and implementation of environmental system replacements can be a long and complicated process. This session will help aid in the decision making process and explore ways to extend equipment life and reduce the owning and operating costs associated with your buildings air conditioning and heating systems.

Sean is an accomplished sales professional with over 25 years of experience in the mechanical services industry. He has a proven track record in a diverse selection of roles including general manager, sales executive, service supervisor, and lead service technician. Prior to joining the Aircond team, Sean was employed with ABM Building Solutions/The Linc Group for nearly a decade. During his tenure, he held various roles in management and sales, including general manager and account executive. Sean has over 15 years of direct sales experience in the industry and is well versed in financially justifying maintenance and equipment replacement programs.

By cultivating his sales-driven approach to growth and profitability, Sean has received various accolades throughout his career for surpassing targeted sales goals. He is a five-time winner of Linc Network’s coveted Diamond Award which is presented to the top five-percent of the salesforce. Sean graduated from Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology in Boston Massachusetts and completed numerous courses at Trane and Linc in general management, service and sales management, leadership, and financial selling.

Sean is married with two daughters in college and a son in high school. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing in an over 35 men’s lacrosse league.
