Purpose:

Reinvent our Patron Program and its current offering to add more value to our patrons, to our facility professionals and to our chapter as a whole

Approach/Agenda:

• Review current patron offering
• Break into small groups of 5 to discuss the current offering vs. future offering options
• Develop a new plan
