DESCRIPTION:Rachel  Blakenship will be the speaker.  She is the Region Re
 al Estate Leader | EYG Services | Procurement.  Rachel joined EY in 2012 
 and manages the Southeast and Southwest Regions with a portfolio of 30 pro
 perties containing nearly one million square feet of office space.\n\nRach
 el is a Real Estate Executive with nearly 20 years of corporate real esta
 te experience. In her role\, Rachel is responsible for providing comprehen
 sive real estate services in support of the firm's business activities inc
 luding real estate portfolio management\, acquisition and disposition of o
 ffice space\, lease administration\; sublease administration\, oversight o
 f design and construction services and portfolio benchmarking as well as s
 pecial projects for our Americas team.\n\nPrior to joining EY\, Rachel was
  the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Sage North America\, a le
 ading global supplier of business management software and services\, Rache
 l looked after the Corporate Real Estates portfolio of a $900 Million\, 4\
 ,000 employee company and managed a staff of 15 in multiple states. Rachel
  is a member of the Board of Directors of the Atlanta chapter of CoreNet G
 lobal\, the world’s leading association for corporate real estate (CRE) 
 and workplace professionals\, service providers and economic developers. I
 n addition\, since 2004\, Rachel has been a member of the Executive Board 
 of Directors and past president of the International Facilities Management
  Association\, the largest global association for facilities management pr
