 \nPlease join us for an end-of-summer program and tour at Ponce City Marke
 t.  This will begin with a private luncheon at 4th &amp\; Swift\, a hig
 hly rated restaurant adjacent to PCM at 621 North Ave\, Suite B-100. Park
 ing will be limited to the  first 65 -75 cars\, so carpooling is highly r
 ecommended. (Valet parking will not be available as previously indicated.)
  Parking instructions per Ponce City Market: Park in the remaing parking 
 deck behind the building. To access the parking deck\, enter fromGlen Iris
 \; turn left by Dancing Goats and immediately make a left to follow the d
 riveway to the back of the building.\n\nJim Irwin\, Vice President\, Devel
 opment &amp\; Construction of Jamestown Properties\, will discuss the rede
 velopment of the historic Old Sears Building (and former City Hall East) i
 nto a vibrant mixed-use development.  A hardhat tour will be conducted fo
 llowing the program.  More details to follow.\n\nThis will be an event yo
 u won’t want to miss!\n\nAs the largest adaptive reuse project in Atlant
 a's history\, Ponce City Market will restore 1.1 million square feet of th
 e historic Sears\, Roebuck &amp\; Company building\, creating a vibrant ur
 ban centerpiece that combines 300\,000 square feet of retail and restauran
 ts\, 450\,000 square feet of office space and 260 residential units.\n\nTh
 e redevelopment will focus on preserving the building's historic character
  and sustaining its connection with the community. Ponce City Market will 
 reflect the authenticity of the historic structure and the surrounding nei
 ghborhoods\, returning the building to its prominence as a thriving landma
 rk in the Southeast.\n\nThe evolution of Ponce City Market will incorporat
 e a pedestrian network\, city parks and access to new BeltLine trails\, li
 nking dynamic intown neighborhoods with the convenience and comfort of hig
 hly desirable retail\, dining\, exceptional residences and Class-A loft of
 fice space.\n\nAs a development born of integrity\, in the spring of 2014
