Following similar projects Europe and Asia, CRH recently took the opportunity to redesign its’ Americas headquarters. Looking to renew and reimagine this stateside location, they looked to their colleagues to implement key design principles. This included designing an open plan workplace that is generous, diverse and provides employees with the ability to work collaboratives or in a private setting; maximizing interaction between staff and visitors while maintaining appropriate levels of security and calm in working areas; creating an environment connected to nature and showcasing CRH products and the organization itself.
Join us for an exclusive IFMA tour to discover how these design principles were implemented and where executives and other professionals alike work in an open concept environment. See the amenities and focused spaces that are provided to enable productivity and promote well-being as well as learn how the company managed this transition.
