Join CoerNet as State Farm’s Machelle Clarke Pellegrini and Timothy Jackson discuss the development and construction of their new hub at the heart of the Perimeter. They will also review critical change management and building design decisions required to consolidate nine metro Atlanta offices into this one site. When completed in 2023, this 2.2 million sq. ft. campus will bring together over 8000 State Farm Insurance colleagues.
Following Machelle and Tim’s presentation, we will have a facilitated roundtable discussion on CRE’s value proposition: how different organizations evaluate the value that we bring. CoreNet has opened this event up to 15 FM’s.
