Joe Carroll is Vice-President, Human Resources for IST Management Services headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. IST was recently selected as one of the Top Places to Work in Atlanta by the AJC.
Joe is a certified career coach, speaker and author of How To Get a Great Job in 90 Days or Less. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Institute of Career Certification International and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management. Joe also serves as chairperson for the IFMA-Atlanta Career Management Committee.
• Kristie Keith, Recruiting Specialist for Pulte Group
Kristie is a highly dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Human Resources Professional with experience in creative full-life cycle recruitment/retention, performance management, employee relations, benefits, training/development, and HR Technology/Implementation. Prior to joining PulteGroup Team, Kristie’s work history included the position as Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Analyst at EarthLink and Sr. Corporate Recruiter for Kids II, Inc. During her tenure at EarthLink she was an integral part in building a world-class recruiting team. She gained experience with recruitment process development/design and implementation and proficient in application tracking systems during her tenure at EartLink. At Kids II, she was able to leverage her networking skills by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates and identifying talent through previous relationships, personal networks, events, job boards and social media etc., in order to develop a pipeline of talent.
Kristie holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Wilberforce University. Lastly, she dedicated to assisting individuals and organizations in hiring world-class talent through integrity and collaboration.
• Jennifer Evanoff, Senior Recruiter at Fiserv
Jennifer Evanoff is an experienced Recruiter who has worked for some of Atlanta’s largest and most successful companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Equifax, RockTenn and The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She is currently a Senior Recruiter with Fiserv, a leading technology company that provides payment solutions to the world’s largest financial institutions. Fiserv was named as Fortune Magazine’s Most Admired Companies to Work For. Jennifer’s recruiting expertise is focused on corporate functions including human resources, sourcing, facilities, and enterprise quality.
