The committee is responsible for the promotion of education within the organization and the profession of facility management. We promote the certified facility manager (CFM) designation and Facility Manager Professional (FMP) designation by offering study groups, CFM review classes, educational programming centered on the 9 core competencies of FM, tours, and focused networking groups. Our newest sub-committee goal is to promote a "Greener Atlanta" who small groups sharing best practices in all phases of sustainability in the built environment.
