The Atlanta IFMA Chapter’s Career Management Committee assists its IFMA membership in applying a proactive effort to sustain and enhance their Careers (increase competencies, earn certification, build relationships and/or exposure to business leadership, etc) to realize Personal growth in Responsibilities and Career Roles.
Concurrently, the Career Management Committee works with Organizations seeking competent Professionals in the Facility Management Industry and provides a “bridge” to those FM’s who set goals to advance their Careers.

CM maintains a database of IFMA Member Resumes and positions available for Facility Management Professionals.
CM provides personal assistance via Resume Analysis & Coaching to IFMA Members searching for positions or advancement within the Facility Management Industry.
CM transmits IFMA Member Resumes to Companies seeking Facility Management Professionals.
